Childbirth Education Classes Just for Y-O-U

We offer affordable, modern, childbirth education and preparation classes. Our classes are built upon several different components and are 100% customizable to suit every parents needs through their first through tenth (or more!) pregnancies. Our classes are up-beat, fun, interactive and full of all the things you'll want to know before you go into labor.

Our classes are a wonderful compilation of all those popular birthing methods (Bradley, Lamaze, etc) lead by professionally trained and experienced childbirth educators, doulas and moms with a combined 15+ years of experience.  We are proud to offer Seattle Puget Sound and San Francisco Bay Area families private (in your home) childbirth education classes that are sure to leave you feeling confident and prepared. 

You and your spouse/partner will learn how:
  •   to identify Braxton Hicks contractions
  •   to time contractions
  •   to make informed decisions
  •   the physiological process of childbirth works
  •   comfort and relaxation techniques can ease pains of labor
  •   different positions can help labor progress 
  •   the use of other tools can aid in relaxation
  •   to understand medical jargon by familiarizing yourself with terminology and their definitions
  •   the pros & cons of medical interventions (medications, procedures, etc.) can alter your birth experience 
  •   to plan for and what to expect in home, hospital and birth center births
  •   to prepare for various situations throughout labor and birth 
  •   care for your newborn including feeding (breast/ bottle feeding, formula, pumping) and bathing

Family Education

All of our Family Education and Preparation Classes are offered as FREE 45 minute introductory classes that we regularly present around the community at moms group gatherings and local stores.
